Error message stating that "WINDOWS CANNOT
ACCESS THE SPECIFIED DEVICE, PATH, OR FILE. YOU MAY NOT HAVE THE
APPROPRIATE PERMISSIONS TO ACCESS THE ITEM", 


Important note for Windows Vista and Windows 7 users: 
You may get an error message when using or installing Cable-Mate for the first time, 
If you do then you will need to right-click on the SETUP program 'Cable-Mate.exe'
or the Cable-Mate shortcut on the desktop and choose the 'Run as administrator' command. 
You should have to do this only the once, Every other time Cable-Mate can be started 
by a standard double-click on its shortcut with left mouse button.


OR - Try to copy it from the disk to your 'my documents folder'
then opened it using right click and run as administrator.
